Beth's Story
Beth's schools include Erasmus Hall High School. I graduated from SUC Oneonta in 1964 and then taught home economics in East New York Junior High School. I attended Brooklyn College to obtain permanent NYS certification . I then moved to LI and taught in Brentwood for four years, married and moved to Chicago for a year. Returned to NYC and gave birth to my son and shortly thereafter began my 20 year stretch of teaching home economics in Rockville Centre, LI Middle School.

ied 1995 and now live in lower Manhattan with my wonderful husband, Jesse. I love retirement and enjoy theater, concerts in Lincoln Center, and taking long walks with my husband, who makes the history of Old New York come alive for me. Our world wide travels with Jesse has added a richness to my life beyond words.
After twenty five years of suffering with Parkinson's Disease and several years of cancer my dear Jesse passed away on May 28, 2020. With all the wonderful memories, I miss him terribly and the pain is overwhelming.
I would love to hear from any former classmates who remember me from so long ago.
